Trading Partner Address

An address for a site can be entered by Editing the Site in Trading Partners.  When entering the address PalletWatch will search for the address and geocode it so that it can be used for mapping with Driver Management functionality.  It may be that you need to add to the address, e.g. by adding a Unit number, etc.  You can do this once you have entered the address by entering the details in the Address Override field.  This field should only be used for the first line of the address.

If later you need to update an address then you need to contact support@palletwatch.com.au or raise a ticket in the Help Centre.
