Cancel Dockets
You cannot delete a docket in PalletWatch but you can cancel it. To cancel a docket do the following:
* Go to Data\Dockets and click on the dropdown arrow next to the docket number.
* Select cancel.
* Enter the reason.
* Click Save.
If you don't see the Cancel option then it will be because the docket has either been exported or invoiced.
If it has been invoiced you cannot cancel it, you would have to correct it. This is done by clicking on Edit and then select Correct or Reject from the Action field. Corrections can only be done if you have the relevant permissions. If you don't have these permissions then contact your pallet controller.
If it has not been invoiced but it has been exported then you should click on the dropdown arrow next to the docket number and select Clear Export. You will then be able to cancel the docket as described above.
