Email Docket to Account
It is possible for the pallet controller to receive details of a docket when it is keyed in by one of the company's users.  The information will contain details of the docket - it will not be a PDF version of the docket.  The docket will be emailed to the email address of the account contact.
To enable this please do the following:
- Go to Data/Trading Partners.
 
- Edit a trading partner.
 
- Click on "Email Docket to Account".
 
You will also need to do the following:
- Go to Data/Account Setup.
 
- Enter the email address of the user who should receive copies of the dockets raised.  This email address needs to be entered in the Docket To Account Email field.
