Email Docket to Account

It is possible for the pallet controller to receive details of a docket when it is keyed in by one of the company's users.  The information will contain details of the docket - it will not be a PDF version of the docket.  The docket will be emailed to the email address of the account contact.

To enable this please do the following:
  1. Go to Data/Trading Partners.
  2. Edit a trading partner.
  3. Click on "Email Docket to Account".
You will also need to do the following:
  1. Go to Data/Account Setup.
  2. Enter the email address of the user who should receive copies of the dockets raised.  This email address needs to be entered in the Docket To Account Email field.
