The external contact email for a trading partner is normally set up by PalletWatch in the database so these contact details are available for all PalletWatch users.
Pallet controllers can set the contact email address for their account by doing the following:
- Go to Data/Account Setup.
- Fill in the fields for External Contact Name and External Contact Email.
- This will override the email address set in the database by PalletWatch Support.
You can override the contact email address for a trading partner by doing the following:
- Go to Data/Trading Partners.
- Edit a Trading Partner.
- Click on the Sites tab and click Edit.
- Fill in the Override fields you would like to change and click Save.
