Handwritten Dockets

CHEP and Loscam both provide docket books where hirers can handwrite details.  When entering handwritten dockets in Create Docket ensure that Manual and not Auto is selected in the Docket No. field.

It is important to note that CHEP dockets must be 13 characters long.  This means that the last digit must be included, e.g. A.

Loscam docket numbers can start with a letter followed by 6 digits.  Hirers sometimes do not include the first digit, e.g. X and thus does not automatically reconcile as one of the parties has entered the X and the other has not.  The first digit should be entered.
