Missing Loscam Batch
Loscam can send emails to you with a HMS Missing batch report. This is an automatic report from Loscam which provides details of batches they have not received. It is important that you check these out. You can do this in PalletWatch by going to Data/Exports and look for the missing batch numbers. There is a field called "Status" and this should read "Received". It is possible for Status to show Received but Loscam have no record of it. Contact
support@palletwatch.com.au or raise a Ticket if you need a batch to be re-exported. If the batch is too old to export then you will need to contact your trading partners and ask them to accept the transfers. It is possible that new dates have to be applied and the docket(s) then re-exported.
Batches can be missing due to them not receiving a batch from PalletWatch or the system in use before PalletWatch.
If the numbers are before the first batch in PalletWatch then they relate to a system in use before PalletWatch. This can be done by us intentionally to leave a gap between the old system and PalletWatch to ensure that the export batches do not overlap. Loscam will not process the same batch twice. The HMS Missing batch report does display the dates of the missing batches.
If you do find that the batch numbers are after the first batch in PalletWatch then please submit a ticket from this Help Centre.
If you are satisfied that the batches contain no data then you can inform Loscam and ask them to remove the batches from the HMS Missing batch report.
