Multiple CHEP Equipment Transfers
Multiple CHEP Equipment Transfers
You can create multiple CHEP equipment transfers on the same docket but CHEP do have some restrictions on this. These are:
- All equipment on a CHEP transfer must have the same delay days.
OR
- An EDO needs to be in place.
If an EDO is in place then CHEP ignores the effective date we may send them as their system will automatically look at the movement date and apply the delay days they have set up.
If a multi CHEP equipment docket is exported from PalletWatch and it does not comply with the above CHEP requirements then CHEP will not process the transfer. You should raise a Support ticket to PalletWatch should this occur.
Please note that PalletWatch will prevent a user from raising a transfer off which has different effective dates and no EDO but PalletWatch cannot prevent a user from editing a docket and changing the effective dates.
