One Docket Concept

One Docket Concept

PalletWatch works on the basis of "One Docket".  This means that the base or original docket will always appear when you search for a docket in Data\Dockets.  The most recent version of the docket will appear on the top row of the docket.  If there are versions of the docket that has been invoiced then they will appear under the top row and these dockets will have an orange background and there will be a date in the Invoice field.
You can have the docket appearing on the top row and then when you click on the icon mentioned below you will see invoiced versions of the docket.  If the top row has a date in the Invoice field then it indicates that all versions of the docket have been invoiced.

You can view these invoiced dockets by clicking on the icon to the right of the Notes icon.

The above example shows a docket where there is only one version of it, i.e. there are no corrections or rejections.

If there are invoiced (orange) dockets displaying but there is no invoice date in the top row it will be because there is an uninvoiced version of the docket.  Alterations (corrections. rejections, reinstatements) will have words in the Alt. Reason field which is at the right of the form.
