Owed Equipment Report
Owed Equipment Report can be found under Reports in the main menu and can be downloaded as a PDF or Excel
A negative balance indicates that the equipment is owed to you. The report only displays transactions where the balance is not 0. There are a few display options:
- If you want to include trading partners where the balance is 0 then tick the checkbox for "Include Zero Balances".
- If you want to include dockets where the ins and outs balance then tick "Include Zero Balance Dockets".
- If you want to include notes then tick "Show Docket Notes".
- If you want to display costs then tick "Show Costs". Costs will only display if they have been set up in Data\Hire Company Rates.
Transactions in red relate to non hire move ons and black relate to non hire move offs. They do not necessarily relate to whether you are owed or you owe pallets. This is shown as either a negative number if you are owed and a positive number if you owe others.
Scheduled Report
Owed equipment reports can be automatically emailed to trading partners on a weekly basis. Raise a Ticket to PalletWatch Support if you want this to be setup for you.
Once we have set up the schedule the report will automatically email trading partners who have been designated to receive them. Please do the following to set selected trading partners to receive the Owed Equipment Report.
- Go to Data\Trading Partners.
- Edit the trading partner.
- Tick the box "Send Weekly Non Hire Moves report".
You should ensure that the report is accurate before scheduling it to send automatically. The trading partner will also have to have an email address set up in PalletWatch for them.
When you are ready to start sending the scheduled reports please do the following:
- Go to Data\Scheduled Reports and tick the Active box.
Email Addresses
The PalletWatch database contains many, but not all, trading partner email addresses. If you have managed to obtain an email address not in the database then please email it to
support@palletwatch.com.au and we will add it. You can also add an email address specifically for your trading partner(s) by doing the following:
- Go to Data\Trading Partners.
- Edit the trading partner.
- Click the Edit button at the bottom left to edit the site.
- Enter the email address and other details if required in the "Override" fields.
- Click Save.
You should also do this if you want to add your own or your team's email addresses so that scheduled reports can be received. You will need to do this for all trading partners that you want to receive scheduled reports for.
