Reconciling Cut Off

The Reconcile Report is a key document in letting you know what your situation is.  You can run this report at any time after the invoice date.  It is possible that when you reconcile the report on different dates that you could get different results.  The Reconcile Report is a "live" report, i.e. it picks up the most current data in PalletWatch.  The main reason that you could get different results is that any transactions which were added to PalletWatch after the time when you ran the Reconcile Reportwill change the numbers.

Any transaction which is dated before or on the invoice date will be taken into account regardless of when these dockets were added to PalletWatch.  The most current report will be the most accurate as it will include transactions which were not included in the earlier versions of the report.
