Sites

Sites can be important for some users but not for others.  Sites can only be added by PalletWatch Support.  To get an additional site added or deactivated for your account you need to contact support@palletwatch.com.au or raise a ticket.

Your Sites

PalletWatch licences are applied to any of your sites where PalletWatch is used.

Trading Partner Sites

To get additional sites added or deactivated for trading partners please contact PalletWatch Support.

Default Sites

It can be useful to set up default sites for your trading partners.  If this is done then when a docket appears in the Reconcile screen it will display which of your sites usually deals with a transaction from a trading partner.  It should be noted that you may have some trading partners who have national accounts and if the transaction has not been entered then PalletWatch will be unable to link it to your relevant site.  If the transaction has been entered then your default site will be used for that transaction.

If you do not set a default site then when you create a docket you will not be able to complete the transaction until you select a site.

To set a Default Site for your trading partners

You can set default sites for your account and that of your trading partners by doing the following:
  1. Go to Data/Trading Partners.
  2. Search for the trading partner.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select your site default from the "Default Site: Ours" field.
  5. Select your trading partner's default site from the :Default Site: TP" field.
