Stocktake Adjustment

Ideally your would want to count your equipment on the same date as the invoice.  This is not always practical so PalletWatch allows you to count your equipment on a different date to the invoice date and then adjusts your actual count.  This adjustment takes the movements between the count date and the invoice date and adjusts your count so that it calculates what your count would have been if you counted on the invoice date.

When you run your Reconcile Report you will see the Count and the Updated Count.  To see the transactions involved you can click on the Stocktake Adjustment tab of the Reconcile Report.  If you see a negative Updated Count then it would indicate that there are missing on dockets.
