It is possible to import stocktakes where you have a large number of sites. To import a stocktake please note the following:
A Site Code needs to be in place for every site. If Site Codes are not in place then Site Codes should be sent to support@palletwatch.com.au beforehand so that they can be added to the database.
The stocktake import file needs to be in csv format. Ensure that the format is exactly as shown below - a comma in the wrong place could prevent the file from importing.
Fields will need to be in the format shown below where the Site is the Site Code. Date needs to be in the format shown below. Other equipment can be added, separated by a comma. There should be no comma at the end of the row. The first row is a header row and only needs to be entered once.

Go to Data\Stocktakes.
Place the stocktake file in the "Drop file here, or click to select file to import".
