Changing Account for User Login
You can change a user's access from one account to another by doing the following:
- Go to Data/Users in the user's existing account.
- Search for the user.
- Change the Group to the new account from the dropdown list. If you do not see the new account in the list contact support@palletwatch.com.au to ensure that you have access to the new account.
- Click Save.
- Go to Data/Users in the new account.
- The user should appear in the List tab.
- Go to the Access tab and click Add Access.
- Scroll to find the user.
- Select either the Group or the Site - not both.
- Click Save.
The user's login and password remain unchanged.
