Login Questions
PalletWatch can force users to answer some questions before they can login to PalletWatch. These could be questions relating to safety, etc. These questions can be set up by raising a ticket in the PalletWatch Help Centre. Actions taken would be:
- Go to Data/Account Setup.
- Select "Login QA" in the Enabled Features.
This action would apply to all users. To deactivate this for some users please do the following:
- Go to Data/Users.
- It is important to select the Group to which the user belongs.
- Search for the user and click the Edit button.
- Untick the "Show Login Questions" checkbox at the right of screen.
