Confirm Receipts

Confirm Receipts

Confirm Receipts

Confirm Receipts can be found under Actions in the main menu.  It requires that the trading partner has been selected as "Trusted".

If the movement is between two sites both equipped with PalletWatch then instead of entering the dockets the receiver can confirm receipt as the movements will appear automatically as soon as they are entered by the sender.

There are three types of transaction that can appear in Confirm Receipts.
  • Transfer On
  • Non Hire Move On
  • Depot to Depot
You can select the docket type by going to Actions/Confirm Receipts and select the docket type in the Type field.
If you need access to multiple sites then you can select the relevant site in the Receiver field.

If all details are correct then you can just tick Confirm.  A Save button will appear showing the number of dockets that will be confirmed.  If there is a difference in the date and quantity then what is received should be entered in the relevant boxes.  The sender and receiver need to resolve these differences and edit the docket as required.

The blue box under the Confirm button lets you add a note.

Another way that docket entry can be minimised is when you are entering a docket that has been entered into PalletWatch by one of your trading partners.  When you enter the docket number in Create Docket a box in the docket number field will show the docket being loaded and you can then save it.
