Downloading a Loscam Invoice Import File

Downloading a Loscam Invoice Import File

Loscam send invoice import files automatically to PalletWatch but there may be times where they do not, e.g. when an account first starts with PalletWatch.  You can download an invoice import file and email it to support@palletwatch.com.au and we will import it for you.  The process to download an invoice import file is as follows:
  1. Go to Loscam Online.
  2. Click on Mark Off from the menu.
  3. Select Mark Off File Download.
  4. Click on your account number and then click on "List".
  5. Click on the month you need.
  6. It will download to your computer.  You may need to specify a folder to save it to.
  7. You should not open the file but attach it to an email and forward it to support@palletwatch.com.au.
