Sign and Send

PalletWatch has the functionality for dockets to be signed on glass on mobile devices and thus provide a proof of delivery.  It would generally be used for Off dockets.  This could have a major impact on minimising equipment losses caused by users being unable to locate signed pallet dockets when a transfer off docket is rejected by others.  The functionality is a web application optimised for mobile.  Sign and Send is an optional extra and additional charges could apply.  If you would like to use the sign on glass function then please contact support@palletwatch.com.au.

The way that sign on glass can be used is by the user logging into PalletWatch on a mobile device.  It is assumed that the the mobile device can access the PalletWatch website.

Please follow the steps below to use Sign and Send on a mobile device.
  1. Login to PalletWatch on your mobile device.
  2. Select Create Docket from the menu and complete the fileds as normal.
  3. Click the Sign & Send against the Driver Name field.
  4. The driver should use his finger or a stylus to write his/her signature and then type their name in the Signee's Name field.
  5. The email addresses should appear in the To field.  The signed docket will be emailed to these addresses, ideally this should be the pallet controllers for the sender and receiver.
