CHEP Customer Correction Reversal Document Emails

CHEP have the ability to automatically send you emails relating to rejections/corrections relating to your account.  This can be useful but if your account is receiving daily imports from CHEP then you are already receiving this information.  If your account is receiving daily imports or if you do not wish to receive these emails from CHEP then you can advise them to stop sending them to you.

Alternatively you may wish to forward these emails to relevant people within your organisation if you are not reconciling daily.  This will enable them to start investigating the correction/rejection.  If this is done then it would be prudent to record what action is being taken against the movement in PalletWatch.  Ideally the prompt for action should come from the daily reconciling within PalletWatch rather than the CHEP emails.
