Import Trading Partners from MyCHEP
Import Trading Partners from MyCHEP
Trading partners can be imported from MyCHEP as follows:
- Login to MyCHEP.
- Select Reports from the menu at top left of screen.
- Select Transaction Activity Report.
- Enter criteria - please note that CHEP will limit the records displayed if the Search option is selected as opposed to the Email Report option. Consider this when setting the date range.
- When you have downloaded the report, either from Search or Email, then ensure that it is saved as a tab delimited text file and that the file extension is .xls
- Drag or select the file into PalletWatch data/trading partners or email the file to support@palletwatch.com.au.
- The majority of trading partners should already be in PalletWatch but there may be some you have to add.
