Restricting equipment to a trading partner
You cannot prevent a trading partner from transferring different equipment types on to your account but you can restrict your users from raising a docket with specific equipment, e.g. a trading partner may not accept plastic pallets, etc.
To restrict equipment please do the following:
- Go to Data\Trading Partners.
- Edit the Trading Partner.
- Click on the Equipment tab at the bottom left of screen.
- Click Disable if you do not want users to raise dockets with this equipment to a trading partner.
- If you want to allow equipment for a trading partner click Enable.
