Restricting equipment to a trading partner

Restricting equipment to a trading partner

You cannot prevent a  trading partner from transferring different equipment types on to your account but you can restrict your users from raising a docket with specific equipment, e.g. a trading partner may not accept plastic pallets, etc.

To restrict equipment please do the following:
  1. Go to Data\Trading Partners.
  2. Edit the Trading Partner.
  3. Click on the Equipment tab at the bottom left of screen.
  4. Click Disable if you do not want users to raise dockets with this equipment to a trading partner.
  5. If you want to allow equipment for a trading partner click Enable.
