Check Custom Imports

Custom imports are normally imported automatically.  Users should check thst these imports are imported with no problems.  To check custom imports please do the following:
  1. Go to Data/Imports.
  2. Click on the Log button at the left of screen.
  3. View details of the log and action any dockets that have not imported as expected.
  4. At the bottom of the log screen you can click "OK", "To Check" and then Close.
  5. If "OK" is clicked then the border of the log button will change to green.
  6. If "To Check" is clicked then the border of the log button will change to orange.
  7. If you need to check the contents of the import file click on the Download button at the left of each import record and save the file to a folder.
  8. You can view the contents of the file by opening it in Notepad.
  9. Checking the contents of an import file is not a PalletWatch responsibility.  Users need to ensure that the data format is correct.  It can be a comma in the wrong place which could prevent a file or a transaction from being imported.
