Missing Docket - Find Match
Missing Docket - Find Match
When you are trying to reconcile missing dockets in the Reconcile list you can click on a number of buttons to help you resolve the missing docket. One of these buttons is the Find Match button.
The Find Match button brings up a number of filters which will let PalletWatch search for the docket. The docket details are on the right and by clicking on one of the details it will move it into the filter. If you do not wish an item to be in the filter you can click on the cross at the right of the filter field. You can adjust the Tolerance filter by clicking the slider and moving it left or right - this will change the number of days from the imported docket date. You can also tick the Show Invoiced or Show Cancelled checkboxes. You should note that you cannot match on a cancelled or invoiced docket.
If you want to match against Non Hire Move dockets then you will need to clear the Hire Company field.
Once you have selected your filters you can click on the Search button. In most cases you could leave the filters as they are.
The Search will display a list of dockets which could potentially be the one you are looking for, e.g. it could have been entered incorrectly. These possible matches will have the matching fields highlighted in green. If you find a docket that you wish to match on then double click on the docket you wish to select.
