Once a transfer off has been exported to CHEP or Loscam you will no longer be able to Edit it, instead you will have to raise a Correction.  This can be done as follows:

  2. Search for the docket.
  3. Click on the Edit button.
  4. In the Action box select Correct.
  5. Change the relevant field(s).
  6. In the "Export Alteration" field you can select to export to one of the following:
    - Hire Company only
    - Hire Company and Trading Partner
    - Trading Partner Only
    - No.  (You should not select this unless you have taken other steps outside of PalletWatch to correct the docket)
  7. Click the Correct button.
