Session Timeout

Session Timeout

PalletWatch can be set to automatically logout a user after a period of inactivity.  The period can be set by communicating it to support@palletwatch.com.au.

Not all users may need to have an automatic logout.  You can deactivate this by doing the following:
  • Go to Data/Users.
  • Select the appropriate Group.
  • Edit the user.
  • At the right of screen there is a checkbox called "Session Timeout".  Untick this box.
You can activate the timeout for a user by following the instructions above but tick the Session Timeout checkbox instead.
