Adding a Trading Partner Email Address

PalletWatch is what is called a multi-tenanted database.  This means that all trading partners are in the one database.   Many trading partners have their email addresses in PalletWatch but there will be others that do not.

If you have an email address that is not in PalletWatch then please email it to support@palletwatch.com.au and we will add it in the database.  You can still add a trading partner email into PalletWatch but it will only be available for your account unless you forward it to support@palletwatch.com.au.  It would then be avaialable for all PalletWatch users.

To add a trading partner email please follow the steps below.
  1. Go to Data/Trading Partners.
  2. Find the trading partner and click Edit.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Edit against the Site.
  4. Enter the email address in the Contact Email Override field.
  5. Click Save.
