Trading Partner Contact Details

PalletWatch has a large number of contact details in the database but we do not provide a service of finding contact details for PalletWatch users.  If you find a trading partner who does not have contact details in PalletWatch then please email the details to support@palletwatch.com.au and we will update the database.  If there is no contact details in PalletWatch then we do not have them.

If you have permissions for Trading Partners or the Trading Partner report in PalletWatch then you can view trading partners.  If you do not have permissions then you will need to contact someone in your company who has these permissions.
  1. Go to Data\Trading Partners.
  2. Search for the trading partner.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and view the contact details.  If they are blank then PalletWatch does not have them.
You can also view the Trading Partners Report.

Trading Partners Report

You can run the Trading Partners Report from the Reports menu in PalletWatch.  If you tick the "Show Site Contacts" box then the report will provide you with contact details but only for trading partners already linked to your account.

Finding Contact Details Not in PalletWatch

If you have access to the MyCHEP system then you may be able to find CHEP contact details from MyCHEP.  There are two ways to do this.

From Administration
  1. Go to Administration in the main menu.
  2. Click on Manage Other Parties.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Add Other Party".
  4. Enter the CHEP account number in the Acc nr/myCode box.
  5. Click the Search icon.
OR
  1. When the list of trading partners appears click on the arrow at left of screen.
  2. Contact details will appear at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Please note that details may not exist in MyCHEP or some data could be outdated.
From Manage Transactions
  1. Go to Manage Transactions in the main menu.
  2. Click Review/Modify.
  3. In the Search By box select "Docket Number".
  4. Enter the docket number in the Enter Search Criteria box.
  5. Click on the arrow at left of screen.
  6. Click on Contact Details.
