Missing Dockets

A missing docket can be found in the Reconcile list with an icon with the letter U as shown below.

A missing or unentered docket is one where a docket has been imported from a pallet hire company but PalletWatch has not been able to find an en entered docket.  You can move from one docket to the next by clicking the Next button at the top of the window.  If you want to go back to the previous docket then click the Previous button.  If you do not want to continue reconciling then click the Close button at the bottom right.  Reconciled dockets will only be processed once the Reconcile button is clicked.  This button will display the number of dockets that will be processed.  Any dockets that will be reconciled will be highlighted in green.  A blue highlighted docket indicates that that is the current docket which will be opened when you click on it.
