Missing Docket - Info From TP

In the reconcile screen when you click on a missing or unentered  docket you would normally try and find an entered docket using Find Match button.  If you failed to find a docket then it is good practice to request a copy from the other trading partner.  This can be done by clicking on the "Info From TP" button.  This would display the contact email details in PalletWatch.  If no email details are displayed then you can enter details that you have.   You should forward these email details to support@palletwatch.com.au so that the database can be updated for future emails.

The Request Info email will not be sent until you click on the blue Reconcile screen at the top left of page.  The docket will remain in the Reconcile screen but there will now be a note showing that you have asked for a copy.

You can edit the contents of the email template by going to Data and then Templates.  You should not edit any of the content which is enclosed in brackets.
