Missing Docket - Info From Site

This function is only applicable if you have multiple sites.

In the reconcile screen when you click on a missing or unentered  docket then you would normally try and find an entered docket using Find Match button.  If you failed to find a docket then you could either request a copy from your trading partner or you could send an automatic email to one of your sites asking them for confirmation of receipt or some other message.  This can be done by clicking on the "Info From Site" button.  This would display the contact email details in PalletWatch.  If no email details are displayed then you can enter details that you have.

You can edit the contents of this email template by going to Data and then Account.  You should not edit any of the content which is enclosed in brackets.
