My Profile

My Profile can be found under Data in the main menu.  It lets you set some defaults and change your password.

Defaults

These defaults relate to entering dockets in Create Docket.

Default System Docket Off - if ticked this will generate a docket number.  This should normally be ticked unless you are entering handwritten transfer off dockets.

Default System Docket On - should normally be unticked so that you can enter the trading partner's pallet docket number.

Default Override Receipt Date - normally this should be unticked as PalletWatch will calculate the transit days but if you want to enter a specific receipt date then you can tick this box.  This can also be done as you are entering dockets.

Default Account - if you have access to multiple accounts you can set the default here.

Default Site  - if you have access to multiple sites you can set the default here.

Default Hire Company - if you are mainly keying CHEP or Loscam dockets you can select which one will automatically appear when you are keying dockets.

Default Trading Partner - if you are mainly keying dockets to/from a trading partner you can make a trading partner the default.
