Report Groups

You can assign trading partners to a Report Group.  This can be useful when you want to run a report for a group of trading partners, e.g. a scheduled Non Hire Move Report for a particlar geographic region.

You can assign a trading partner to a Report Group by doing the following:
  1. Go to Data/Trading Partners.
  2. Go to the Report Groups field.
  3. Select from the list or create a new group by typing in a name for the Report Group.
  4. Click Save.
Points to note:
  1. If you want to set up a scheduled non hire move report, i.e. an automatic report that will run every week then raise a Ticket in PalletWatch to get it set up.  You will need to let us know which of your users should be copied in the scheduled report for the various Report Groups.  If Report Groups are not used then nominate which users should receive the reports.
  2. If applicable, assign a trading partner to a Report Group.
  3. Tick the checkbox "Send Weekly Non Hire Moves report".
  4. Click Save.
