Docket Types

Docket Types

The Create Docket button provides a list of transactions which you can enter.  The type of transactions visible will depend on the permissions set up for you.


Off Your Account
  • Transfer Off is used when you send pallets to another account.
  • Non Hire Move Off is when you send equipment to a trading partner who will then exchange or owe you the equipment.
  • Depot to Depot is used for movements between sites within your account.
  • Dehire Order is when you send empty equipment back to CHEP or Loscam.  These dockets would be cancelled or matched up with Dehire dockets returned to you as receipts that the equipment has been received by the pallet hire company.
  • Dehire is given to the driver delivering the empty equipment to the CHEP or Loscam depot.
On to Your Account
  • Transfer On is used when a sender transfers equipment on to your account.
  • Non Hire Move On is used when owed equipment is returned to you.
  • Issue Order is used to record that you have requested empty equipment from CHEP or Loscam.  CHEP does require that you use their MyCHEP system to order equipment.  Once you do this you should still raise an Issue Order so that you have a record in PalletWatch of order equipment.  Issue Orders should be cancelled or matched up with Issue dockets provided to you by the pallet hire company.
  • Issue docket is given to you when the equipment is delivered from the hire company.
