There are a number of ways for you to get help.
Knowledgebase
You can click on the blue Help button at the right of screen and it will take you to the PalletWatch Knowledgebase.
Support Ticket
When you get into the Knowledgebase you can submit a ticket by clicking on the button at the bottom of the screen.
List of help Items
Next to the Help button at the right of screen there may be a dropdown arrow which will display help items related to the page you are on.
Online Chat
The Online Chat icon will appear at the bottom right of screens when you are in the Help system. You can either chat to support staff or, if they are offline, you can leave amessage.
