Managing Other Equipment

PalletWatch can be used to manage other assets in addition to CHEP, Loscam and VPS equipment.

These assets would primarily be used in a closed loop situation where they are either owned by the company who uses them or are on hire from another company.

Company Owned Assets

These can be tracked using:
  1. Depot to Depot movements - for use between a company's own sites.
  2. Non Hire Moves - for use between a company's own sites and other parties in a closed loop situation.  The equipment moving to and from your own sites and the other party's sites.
  3. There are various reports in PalletWatch which can give you balances at multiple sites.

Hired Assets

If the hire company is other than CHEP, Loscam or VPS then PalletWatch would not import or export data to these other hire companies as this functionality would need to be set up.  Contact support@palletwatch.com.au if you wish to discuss this.

You will be able to use PalletWatch to manage this equipment by using Depot to Depot moves, Non Hire Moves and various reports.

Serial Number Tracking

PalletWatch does not track equipment by serial number but please contact us if you wish to discuss serial number tracking.
